The other day as I was getting my pens I came across a tile that I had started a while back. It was pretty cool looking and I tried to remember why I had stopped working on it. Oh right, because if I completed the tile, it might not come out perfect. Oh brain, you are silly sometimes.
Be that as it may, I decided to finish the tile. It took me part of an afternoon and part of the next morning to work my way through it but I’m glad I finished it. This was for I am the diva challenge 269, so that’s been lingering for two and a half months.
This tile features Ellish which is a tangle pattern that was released earlier this year. I noticed when I was first looking at it that so many people seemed to keep making what turned out to be an “L” and I didn’t want to keep making what other people were making. So my Ellish went a little crazy. After that, I decided to pick random sections and do a little tangling in those.
Proof that it’s never too late to finish something. Now on to the next project! Until next time…
