It’s been a while since I’ve taken time to post. A few months ago the universe provided me the opportunity to start working with a local artist by the name of Candy. I had no idea how my life was about to change.
Now I’m working with some additional local artists on an exciting nonprofit that is forming. I’m learning to grout. I’m exploring graphic design. I’m meeting more artists working in more mediums than I can count. It’s so exciting. It’s so stimulating. It’s so tiring.
At the writing of this post I am a two-year stroke survivor. No health insurance has meant I’ve devised my own therapy solutions. One issue that I haven’t found a solution for is the fact that a few of hours socializing with various folks leaves me feeling like I’ve run 2 marathons while simultaneously playing chess for 24 hours straight. For the record, I neither run or play chess.
So today, while discussing with a friend how busy I was and how crazy my life has gotten trying to balance everything I was asked an odd question. What did you ask the universe for that you’ve been blessed with this abundance of things to keep you busy?
We finally narrowed it down to the time I started this piece Now it all makes sense.
